For a fast-growing swiss service company specialised in digital transformation projects, we are currently seeking an experienced Java Technical Team Lead for its Dubai office.
Tasks:
- Be the technical point of contact for the Client
- Design and develop technical solutions
- Lead and mentor internal and external tech teams
- Design key integrations – Perform Code Reviews
- Be responsible of project deliverables
- Provide assistance to the PM in evaluating project costs and timing
Fundamental skills
- 5+ years of Java programming experience
- 3+ years of SQL programming experience with strong relational database knowledge; including the ability to write, analyze, and debug queries
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript libraries such as ExtJS and jQuery
- 3+ years of design and development experience with enterprise-grade, java-based leading CMS solution (e.g. Liferay DXP 7.0 or above preferred). Experience to include: solutions architecture, page templates, components, bundles and JCR queries
- Excellent English
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with clients
- Attention to detail • Must be goal and target oriented • Ability to meet deadlines under client pressure
- Ability to maintain focus and prioritize, while still working on multiple projects

Salary package based on candidate experience – 15% Performance based bonus – expected travel time 10% – Freelances profiles also considered
